Frequently Asked Questions

Requirements for learnerships:

  • Applicant should not be involved with another learnership
    (One cannot be on 2 learnerships at a time)
  • Not employed
  • They must be not older than 29 

Please make sure documents are not certified, and preferably a colour copy.

If you are invited for an interview, please bring all your original documents with you.

  • Clear ID COPY 
  • Marriage certificate, if other certificates are in the applicant’s maiden surname. 
  • Qualification / Matric Certificates / School Report(last grade passed )
  • Disability letter from the doctor – the letter must be stamped and on the doctor’s or hospital’s letterhead. 
  • SARS Letter / Proof of tax registration. 
  • Bank statement or proof of bank account.  

A learnership allows you to gain valuable work experience while you learn. You will benefit from workplace mentorship programmes and get introduced to the world of work while you learn. Learnerships provide you with better employability opportunities because you are gaining workplace experience.

Credit-bearing programmes and courses are accredited with QCTO and SETA and carry credits towards national qualifications.  

Non-credit bearing programmes and short courses are focussed on developing specific skills and do not carry credits towards national qualification.
